Tasting Notes
빛 바랜 호박색이 잔에 그윽이 깃들어 있다. 1983년에 문을 닫은 인버네스의 글렌 알빈이 1979년에 빚은 원액이 27년의 시간을 견딘 뒤 퍼스트 캐스크의 빈티지 보틀링으로 46도에 병입된 사일런트 보틀링이다. 향에는 시간이 우러난 밀랍과 마른 풀, 옅은 꿀의 결이 깊게 머문다. 입에서는 보리 시럽과 잘 익은 배, 미세한 견과의 결이 부드럽게 흐르고 옅은 오크가 입천장을 덮는다. 여운에는 노화된 우드와 곡물의 잔향이 길게 이어진다.

despite the pale hue, it goes straight for strawberry yoghurt and muesli. The rest wanders off into bread dough and brioche territory. Why not?
restaurant Palate
the premix character is obvious, with strawberry making a comeback alongside a proper cherry clafoutis. It’s fair enough, especially with a touch of orange cake rounding things out
timer Finish
rather long, fairly fermentary, youthful, quite yeasty. A splash of blood orange gives the whole thing a bit of a lift on the aftertaste
