세월에 잠긴 호박이 잔의 가장자리에서 흐른다. 1983년 폐쇄된 글렌 알빈의 1974 빈티지 26년은 퍼스트 캐스크가 풀어낸 인버네스의 사라진 증류소 보틀링이며, 향에서는 마른 야생초와 옅은 시트러스, 잘 익은 사과, 헤이즐넛이 차분히 떠오른다. 46도의 절제된 도수는 입안에서 폐쇄 하이랜드 증류소의 가벼운 골격 위로 농축된 꿀의 단맛과 옅은 흑후추, 잘 익은 배의 결을 부드럽게 풀어놓으며 70년대 글렌 알빈의 절제된 면모를 보여준다. 끝은 마른 꽃잎의 잔향이 짧게 사그라든다.

I find it extremely barley-y, full of Weetabix, then mashed carrots, cut apples and plums. A good few tinned greengages too
restaurant Palate
a tad rough, which is normal, with fruit peel, lemon zests, some muesli, more cereals, and something globally pretty tangy. Moves towards mirabelle plums and oranges, a very nice move for sure
timer Finish
long, tart, grassier as almost always, with green pears. The aftertaste has a lovely lemonness
