사라진 하이랜드 인버네스의 글렌 알빈 1974가 26년을 보낸 시간이 잔 안의 깊은 황금빛으로 비친다. 향에서는 옅은 왁스와 잘 익은 노란 사과, 미네랄의 결이 코끝을 채운다. 입에서는 옅은 꿀과 갓 구운 빵, 한 점의 백후추가 미끄러지듯 흐른다. 46도의 도수는 시간이 둥글게 다듬어 둔 듯 부드럽다. 여운에는 마른 풀과 한 점의 헤이즐넛, 미세한 미네랄의 결이 잔잔히 깃들어 길게 머문다.

I find it extremely barley-y, full of Weetabix, then mashed carrots, cut apples and plums. A good few tinned greengages too
restaurant Palate
a tad rough, which is normal, with fruit peel, lemon zests, some muesli, more cereals, and something globally pretty tangy. Moves towards mirabelle plums and oranges, a very nice move for sure
timer Finish
long, tart, grassier as almost always, with green pears. The aftertaste has a lovely lemonness
