rather raw, spirity, grainy and kind of roasted. It’s got a presence but it’s not very ‘defined’. Hints of raw pear spirit and a little rubber

restaurant Palate

a little better, with more malt and more fruitiness, apples, oranges… Also something slightly burnt and grainy at the same time. The mouth feel is okay, it isn’t weak whisky at all

timer Finish

medium long, malty, with just hints of stewed fruits. Strawberries?
