Tasting Notes
옅은 황금빛이 잔 안에 부드럽게 비친다. 1969년 빈티지의 글렌 알빈이 20년을 보낸 후 55도로 병입된 이 던 에이딘 보틀링은 폐쇄된 인버니스 증류소의 마지막 흔적을 또렷이 안고 있다. 향에서는 잘 익은 사과와 마른 보리, 가벼운 꿀이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에 닿으면 부드러운 곡물 단맛과 옅은 가죽, 가벼운 향신료가 입천장에 펼쳐진다. 55도의 도수가 자극 없이 깊이를 만든다. 버번 캐스크의 부드러운 단맛이 빈티지 결을 차분히 감싸 안는다. 여운은 잔잔히 이어진다.

rather raw, spirity, grainy and kind of roasted. It’s got a presence but it’s not very ‘defined’. Hints of raw pear spirit and a little rubber

a little better, with more malt and more fruitiness, apples, oranges… Also something slightly burnt and grainy at the same time. The mouth feel is okay, it isn’t weak whisky at all

medium long, malty, with just hints of stewed fruits. Strawberries?
