wine and spirit are nicely integrated but it’s till a bit too winey for me. Butter, caramel, ‘new wine’. A bit too round for Caol Ila
restaurant Palate
quite punchy, much better than on the nose. Buttered salted toffee, mocha. More peat than on the nose. Very good on the palate, an interesting variation
