Tasting Notes
짙은 적갈색이 잔 속에서 진하게 빛난다. 1981년에 증류돼 셰리우드에서 22년을 보낸 록사이드는 이제 문을 닫은 하이랜드 증류소의 풍미를 진하게 머금는다. 코끝에는 건포도와 다크초콜릿, 가죽의 향이 깊게 어우러지고 입에서는 흑설탕과 무화과, 구운 견과의 풍미가 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 59도의 강한 기운이 받치는 여운에는 묵은 오크와 말린 과일의 단맛이 굵고 길게 남는다.

take three grapefruits, four tangerines, one orange and half a mango. Squeeze, nose. You got it. With water: touches of candy sugar, otherwise 100% citrus fruits
restaurant Palate
we're close to the 1989. A citrus bomb, even zestier than the 1989. Sharp cool-climate riesling and massive doses of grapefruit and lemon juice. You know, some fruity whiskies are a bit girly, in a way (no, no, I'm not being a sexist), but these Lochsides were different. More Charlotte Rampling in the 1970s than Miley Sirrus. Isn't that Cyrus? Ceyrus? Seyrrus? Who cares? With water: oh, olive oil!
