아일랜드 던도크 인근 그레이트 노던 증류소의 청량한 해안 기후가 버크스 싱글 배럴 15년의 캐릭터를 길러냈다. 잔에는 짙은 황금빛이 가볍게 비친다. 향은 잘 익은 사과와 배, 갓 구운 비스킷이 또렷이 깃들어 있고 가벼운 바닐라가 따라붙는다. 입에서는 헤더 꿀과 시트러스 껍질, 옅은 시나몬이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르며 57.3도가 단단한 골격을 만든다. 옅은 가죽과 오크의 잔향이 길게 이어진다.
