잔을 가볍게 흔들면 사라진 로우랜드 증류소 세인트 마그달렌의 짙은 호박빛이 잔 벽을 따라 묵직하게 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 와인 트리트 부트 특유의 잘 익은 베리와 가벼운 가죽이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 한 모금을 머금으면 61.2도의 강한 알코올이 입천장을 빠르게 덮고 자두, 다크 카라멜, 옅은 향신료가 풀린다. 삼킬 때 묵은 와인과 마른 허브가 길게 따라온다.
