옅은 금빛이 잔 안에서 곱게 일렁인다. 하이랜드의 달위니가 1970년 원액을 17년 보낸 이 코노수어스 초이스는 헤더 꿀과 잘 익은 배, 은은한 맥아의 향을 부드럽게 피워 올린다. 40도의 한 모금은 가볍고 매끄럽게 흐르며 바닐라와 옅은 향신료, 보리의 단맛이 온화하게 어우러진다. 옛 시절의 달위니다운 정갈하고 순한 결이 입안에 깃들고, 여운은 꿀과 맥아로 잔잔하고 길게 사그라든다.

air Nose
light and honeyed, with summery whiffs (overripe fruits, mostly) and lovely notes of wild yellow flowers. Around dandelions. A very delicate nose that reminds me of some old and lightish moelleux wine from Loire. Which I enjoy!
restaurant Palate
again, a light, honeyed dram. Cake, biscuits, heather honey, fudge and shortbread. Very Scottish, haha
