Tasting Notes
잔을 천천히 돌리면 오크 캐스크에서 20년을 보낸 옅은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 적신다. 코끝에 가져가면 마른 건초와 사과, 옅은 꿀향이 부드럽게 올라온다. 한 모금을 입에 머금고 굴리면 43도의 순한 질감 위로 보리 단맛과 가벼운 오크가 번진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 사라진 글렌 모어 증류소의 담백하고 곡물 향 짙은 여운이 또렷이 깃들어 길게 남는다.

hohoho, porridge with a midgie’s teaspoon of honey run through it. Also sheep wool, fresh laundry, putty, wood glue, plasticine and some funny mix of old camphor and stale tea. Highly unlikely but not necessarily ‘bad’
restaurant Palate
ok, here I struggle. Very flat, lots of clay, some skimmed milk, stale beer, old bread. Being honest, it’s not so good now

short, teaish, some cardboard and fleeting impressions of rice wine
