노즈에서는 1975 빈티지 글렌 모어의 묵은 꿀, 마른 무화과, 가죽, 약한 시트러스 잔향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 잔에 공기를 더하면 야생 꿀과 묵은 우드가 발전한다. 팰럿은 42.6도 보디 위에 캐러멜라이즈드 무화과, 호두, 야생 꿀이 명확하게 드러나며 31년 숙성의 구조감이 단정히 단단하다. 피니시는 묵은 오크와 약한 가죽 톤이 길게 이어진다. Rarest of the Rare가 보존한 폐증류소 글렌 모어의 가치가 또렷한 31년이다.
