Flavor Profile
Tasting Notes
AITasting Notes
Colour
straw
air Nose
the same kind of ‘waxy citrus’ as in the BBR but also more orangey and coffee-ish, which really complements the whole here. Nice farminess as well (wet hay again) as well as quite some chocolate. With water: same, with more grass, flints, linseed oil, chalk and tobacco. Nice
restaurant Palate
powerful and completely different from the BBR. Much, much fruitier, mostly on pineapples and pears, but also very hot and peppery so let’s add water. With water: even fruitier, even kind of bubblegummy. Pomegranates, strawberries and white chocolate. Not for children, though…
timer Finish
long and still as fruity, with just more white pepper and a little cinnamon
