잔을 흔들어 향을 깨우면 인도 폴 존의 위스키가 깊은 황금빛으로 일렁인다. 코끝으로 가져가면 리필 버번에서 온 잘 익은 망고와 바닐라, 알싸한 생강 케이크 같은 향이 올라온다. 한 모금 삼키면 57.6도가 또렷하게 혀를 데우며 열대 과일과 꿀, 매운 향신료가 번진다. 인도의 더운 기후에서 빠르게 익은 5년산답게 진한 과일 향이 또렷하다. 천천히 삼키면 망고와 생강의 단맛이 길게 이어진다.
