Tasting Notes
옅은 황금빛이 잔에 또렷이 비친다. 하쿠슈 18년 츠쿠리와케 2024가 일본 알프스의 산림 속에서 다듬어진 시간을 잔 안에 풀어낸다. 향에는 갓 자른 풀잎과 옅은 향나무 연기, 잘 익은 매실이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 머금으면 양봉 꿀과 시트러스 껍질, 약한 피트 연기가 두꺼운 질감으로 입천장을 덮고 48도의 도수가 산토리 스타일의 청량하고 정제된 결을 길게 풀어낸다.

oh là là là là, it’s like Jamaican rum! Nuts, petrol, tar, lapsang souchong, black olives, then wild strawberry liqueur and wood glue. Magnificent and very spectacular
restaurant Palate
what a lark, we’ve wandered into Demerara territory, with more crushed strawberries, rock candy, Turkmen tar liqueur (unsure of the country), toffee, salted liquorice… Now the base structure is curiously light, even fragile. In short, we move from Demerara to the Dominican Republic (wonderful people, usually pretty poor rums)
