quite fresh and floral but rather oaky as well, with big vanilla and even something slightly plankish. A little sour as well, yoghurt, custard… In short, vanilla-flavoured yoghurt. It isn’t unpleasant, far from that, but maybe the oak’s too apparent

restaurant Palate

malty and oaky. Touches of lapsang souchong tea, overripe apples, vanilla, quite some cinnamon, a little flour and bread, toasts… Works well but lacks emotion, as I sometimes say

medium long, with the oak more to the front again
