메독 캐스크 피니시를 거쳤지만 노즈에서 와인의 흔적보다 재와 그을음이 먼저 두드러진다. 마른 잿내 사이로 옅은 붉은 과실 향이 스치는 정도다. 팰럿은 43도의 낮은 도수에서 가볍게 열리며 연기와 그을음이 중심을 잡고 산미는 뒤로 물러난다. 훈연은 다소 날카로운 편이다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 그을음과 레몬 리큐어의 단 산미가 남는다. 10년 인디 보틀링의 직선적인 구조감이 읽힌다.
