옅은 호박빛이 잔에 또렷이 비친다. 1982년 빈티지의 브로라 35년 캐스크 오브 디스팅션은 폐쇄된 하이랜드 증류소가 남긴 한 조각의 시간이다. 코에는 옅은 토탄 연기와 마른 풀, 짠 미네랄이 깊게 머문다. 입에서는 44.2도의 절제된 도수가 잘 익은 사과와 가벼운 훈연, 옅은 약초를 부드럽게 받쳐준다. 브로라 특유의 청량한 훈연이 마지막까지 또렷이 이어지며 마른 헤더가 길게 머문다.
