잔을 가까이 하면 오렌지 껍질과 꿀, 옅은 해풍의 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 작은 증류소 오반을 리필 유러피언 오크 버트에서 26년 숙성한 프리마 앤 울티마는 과일과 바다가 어우러진 결을 또렷이 보여준다. 55.2도의 입안에서는 말린 과일과 구운 보리, 마른 향신료가 단단한 구조감으로 번진다. 피니시는 길고 짭조름하며 오크가 깊게 머문다. 희소한 장기 숙성의 균형이 인상적이다.
