잔에 잠긴 깊은 호박빛이 1969년에 증류된 오반 원액이 32년을 견딘 시간의 무게를 그대로 드러낸다. 노즈에는 짭조름한 바닷바람과 잘 익은 무화과, 옅은 시나몬 향이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 토피와 호두 껍질, 빻은 후추가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고 55.1도의 알코올이 단정한 균형을 잡는다. 서해안 항구 오반 특유의 짠 단맛이 마지막 여운까지 길게 이어진다.
