노즈에서는 올로로소와 팔로 코르타도로 마무리한 오반 15년의 짭조름한 미네랄과 건과일 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 서부 해안 증류소답게 옅은 훈연과 시트러스가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 55.3도에서 견과와 토피, 잘 익은 무화과와 향신료가 또렷하게 발전한다. 피니시는 셰리의 쌉쌀한 단맛과 짭조름한 바닷내음으로 길게 이어지며 서부 해안 몰트다운 구조가 단단하다.
