빛나는 호박빛이 잔 안에 곱게 감돈다. 독일 바이에른 알프스 자락의 슐리어스가 아몬티야도 셰리 캐스크에서 열한 해를 보낸 이 보틀링은 견과의 고소함과 둥근 단맛을 들였다. 구운 아몬드와 건포도, 옅은 오렌지 껍질의 향이 51.5도의 힘을 타고 풍성하게 올라온다. 한 모금에는 토피와 마른 과일, 알싸한 향신료가 둥글게 녹아든다. 여운은 고소한 견과와 마른 과일을 남기며 길게 이어진다.
