맑은 밀짚빛이 잔 벽을 타고 투명하게 흐른다. 퍼스트필 버번 배럴에서 4년을 보낸 울프번 2015는 어린 원액답게 갓 구운 빵과 바닐라, 레몬의 산뜻한 향이 또렷하게 솟아오른다. 50도의 도수가 입안에서 보리 사탕과 크림, 옅은 바다 내음의 풍미로 깔끔하게 번지며 스코틀랜드 최북단 해안 증류소의 청량함을 드러낸다. 여운은 산뜻한 곡물 단맛과 가벼운 짭짤함이 단정하게 남는다.
