퍼스트필 버번 배럴에서 8년을 보낸 원액은 일본 알프스 고지대의 맑은 공기 속에서 또렷한 과실미를 키웠다. 코에는 청사과와 배, 바닐라의 산뜻한 향이 깔끔하게 오른다. 입에서는 시트러스와 꿀, 보리 단맛이 생기 있게 흐르며 62도의 높은 도수가 강하게 밀고 든다. 어린 위스키답지 않은 응집력이 인상적이다. 옅은 황금빛 끝에 산뜻한 단맛이 길게 남는다.
