starts like a Jamaican rum, gets then extremely grassy and peppery, with huge iodine and leathery embrocations. Looks like some very active re-racking has occurred, but not too sure… With water: citrons and mint leaves

very long, grassy, herbal. Artichokes, tobacco, mint, myrtle, grapefruits… And the expected saltier aftertaste
