Tasting Notes
엑스셰리 캐스크가 단 3년 만에 런던의 빔버 증류소에 진한 과실 단맛과 짙은 빛을 새겨 넣었다. 향에서는 말린 건포도와 잘 익은 자두, 옅은 가죽이 차례로 드러난다. 입에서는 51.2도의 도수가 흑설탕과 정향, 구운 견과를 끌고 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 영국 수도 한복판에서 빚어진 이 잉글랜드 몰트는 짙은 호박빛을 띠며, 여운에는 따뜻한 향신료와 마른 오크가 길게 남는다.

it's Venus emerging from the waters. Pure barley (they use their own, which is perfect) and amazing citrus (no particular fruits, just citrus). Vanilla under control, lousy coconut nowhere to be seen, let's move on. With water: bits of copper and silver, service berries (eau-de-vie), small pink bananas, one croissant (they have excellent French bakeries in London)
restaurant Palate
immaculate small citrus, herbs and wild berries. Sorb, yuzu, Thai coriander, tiny touch of turmeric from the oak. With water: a little more oak spice, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger… Oh well, just don't add any waters
timer Finish
rather long, still a little creamy on your palate, with a lovely citrusness in the end (no particular fruits, just citrus)
