잔을 코앞에 두고 흔들면 밝은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 미끄러진다. 코를 가까이 하면 아메리칸 오크에서 온 바닐라와 코코넛, 잘 익은 보리 향이 부드럽게 올라온다. 52.6도를 한 모금 머금으면 네덜란드 자위담이 빚은 밀스톤다운 단단한 몰트 위로 꿀과 카라멜, 가벼운 향신료가 번진다. 유럽 대륙의 정성스러운 몰트답게 결이 또렷하고, 삼키면 달콤한 오크 여운이 길게 이어진다.
