잔을 둥글게 돌리면 옅은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 타고 흐른다. 네덜란드 자위담 증류소가 빚은 밀스톤답게 코를 가져가면 바닐라와 잘 익은 사과, 구운 보리의 향이 어우러져 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 아메리칸 오크에서 10년 숙성된 원액이 52.62도의 기운으로 혀를 감싸고, 꿀과 시트러스가 번진다. 삼키면 보리사탕과 가벼운 향신료의 끝맛이 또렷이 깃들어 유럽 본토 위스키의 깔끔함을 남긴다.
