ahem, no, that doesn’t work for me. The combination created some cheesy, buttery, sulphury and truffle-like notes. I love truffles but not here. Other than that, we have peonies, blackcurrant jam and some strange sour notes. Cider?

same, sweet and sour, with notes of stale Guinness, black pepper and tarry fruit jelly (you’re right, that doesn’t exist but there might be a reason why that doesn’t exist ;-))

medium long, a notch more to my liking because of the notes of liquorice allsorts
