Tasting Notes
잔을 살살 돌리면 짙은 호박빛이 어린 원액답지 않게 잔 벽을 적신다. 코끝으로 가져가면 퍼스트필 올로로소가 받친 마른 과일 위로 아드나무르칸 특유의 옅은 토탄 연기가 또렷이 솟는다. 한 모금을 머금으면 2019년 증류한 여섯 해 원액답게 졸인 자두와 그을린 보리의 단맛이 혀를 자극하고 52.7도의 기운이 짭짤한 연기를 밀어 올린다. 삼키면 호두와 재가 어우러진 여운이 깊게 머문다.

this is much gentler than 48A, more on grist, pancake, banana skin and, indeed, a tarry smokiness which, this time, behaved. Rather sadly, the olives and the mezcal are gone. With water: a bit in the middle

peatier on the palate, more tropical as well. Smoked bananas and maracuja cream. I mean, smoked maracuja cream. Then more saltiness, brine, lemons, oysters and… some Jamaicanness! With water: water almost puts it back into the same cluster as that of 48A, even if it remains 'lighter'
