노즈에서는 퍼스트필 셰리 호그스헤드에서 10년 숙성한 아드나무르칸 2015의 건과일과 옅은 훈연 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 신생 증류소답게 산뜻한 보리 단맛과 흑설탕이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 55도에서 건포도와 정향, 잔잔한 연기가 또렷하게 발전한다. 피니시는 셰리의 단맛과 옅은 피트로 길게 이어지며 구조가 단단하다.
