Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들어 향을 깨우면 6년을 보낸 맑은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 타고 산뜻하게 흘러내린다. 코끝으로 가져가면 서부 해안 아드나무르칸다운 갓 피운 피트 연기와 레몬, 짭조름한 바다의 향이 솟는다. 한 모금을 머금어 혀로 굴리면 53도의 또렷한 기운 속에 훈연과 시트러스, 옅은 미네랄이 선명하게 번진다. 두 번째 모금을 삼키면 아드나무르칸다운 갓 피운 연기와 짭조름한 레몬이 한층 선명하게 번진다. 6년을 채운 이 하이랜드 위스키는 삼킨 뒤 신선한 연기와 바닷가의 짠 기운이 또렷하게 이어진다.

this is much gentler than 48A, more on grist, pancake, banana skin and, indeed, a tarry smokiness which, this time, behaved. Rather sadly, the olives and the mezcal are gone. With water: a bit in the middle

peatier on the palate, more tropical as well. Smoked bananas and maracuja cream. I mean, smoked maracuja cream. Then more saltiness, brine, lemons, oysters and… some Jamaicanness! With water: water almost puts it back into the same cluster as that of 48A, even if it remains 'lighter'
