Tasting Notes
옅은 호박빛이 잔 안에서 또렷하게 빛난다. 스패니시 오크 올로로소 옥타브에서 6년을 보낸 아드나머칸의 증류소 핸드보틀링이다. 옅은 모닥불 연기와 말린 자두, 짭조름한 견과의 향이 산뜻하게 피어오른다. 53.2도의 도수에서 입은 졸인 베리와 흑설탕, 은은한 훈연의 맛으로 또렷하게 번진다. 서해안의 젊은 증류소가 빚은 가벼운 피트와 셰리가 빠르게 어우러진다. 연기와 단맛의 여운이 길게 이어진다.

this is much gentler than 48A, more on grist, pancake, banana skin and, indeed, a tarry smokiness which, this time, behaved. Rather sadly, the olives and the mezcal are gone. With water: a bit in the middle

peatier on the palate, more tropical as well. Smoked bananas and maracuja cream. I mean, smoked maracuja cream. Then more saltiness, brine, lemons, oysters and… some Jamaicanness! With water: water almost puts it back into the same cluster as that of 48A, even if it remains 'lighter'
