리필 배럴에서 12년을 보낸 2004년 포트 던다스는 그레인 위스키 특유의 가볍고 매끄러운 결을 단정하게 보여준다. 코코넛과 바닐라, 옅은 버터스카치의 향이 곱게 올라온다. 48.4도의 도수 위로 캐러멜과 시트러스, 보리 사탕의 단맛이 부드럽게 입을 적신다. 맑은 황금빛 사이로 가벼운 오크와 달큰한 잔향이 부드럽게 잦아든다.
