Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들면 옅은 금빛이 유리벽을 타고 가볍게 흘러내린다. 코를 가져가면 리필 호그스헤드에서 온 코코넛과 바닐라, 포트 던다스 그레인다운 부드러운 옥수수 단내가 올라온다. 잔을 다시 기울이면 토피와 옅은 꿀이 더해진다. 한 모금 삼키면 51.5도의 열기 속에서 크렘 브륄레와 토피, 옅은 오크와 시나몬이 매끄럽게 번진다. 27년 숙성이 그레인에 둥근 깊이를 더했다. 마지막에는 바닐라와 코코넛의 단맛이 혀에 오래 감돈다.
