Tasting Notes
노즈는 포트 던다스 그레인 특유의 바닐라와 버터스카치로 열리고, 버번 호그스헤드에서 온 옥수수 단맛과 코코넛, 옅은 토피가 또렷하게 따라온다. 27년 숙성이 가벼운 그레인에 또렷한 오크의 두께를 더했다. 입에서는 50.9도의 도수가 크림과 캐러멜, 가벼운 향신료를 매끄럽게 밀어 올려 구조감이 단단하다. 피니시는 바닐라와 옅은 오크가 길게 이어지는, 폐쇄된 그레인 증류소의 매력을 명확하게 보여주는 한 잔이다.

well, I find this good. It’s kind of girly (tsk tsk, S.!) but it’s balanced, with good fruits, sweets, and lighter jams. A little sherbet. With water: easy, fruity, light, with some honey and coconut
