노즈에서는 27년 숙성한 거번 그레인답게 바닐라와 코코넛, 옅은 토피 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 호그스헤드의 오랜 영향으로 크림과 꿀, 잘 익은 과일 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 55.1도의 팰럿은 부드러우면서도 단단하게 입을 채우며 바닐라 커스터드와 코코넛, 가벼운 향신료가 균형을 이룬다. 그레인 특유의 매끄럽고 달콤한 질감이 또렷하다. 피니시에서는 바닐라와 토피, 옅은 오크의 잔향이 길게 이어지며 부드럽게 마무리된다. 27년 호그스헤드 숙성이 거번 그레인을 매끄럽고 달콤하게 다듬었다.
