Tasting Notes
잔을 살짝 흔들면 맑은 황금빛이 잔을 얇게 적신다. 코끝에 가져가면 27년을 보낸 스트라스클라이드 그레인다운 바닐라와 코코넛, 버터스카치 향이 달콤하게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 오랜 숙성이 다듬은 매끄러운 곡물 풍미가 혀에 퍼지고 53.5도의 기운이 크림과 옅은 오크를 밀어 올린다. 삼키고 나면 달큰한 캐러멜과 흰 후추가 혀끝에 길게 남는다.

this is a rather sugary nose, with several syrups, barley, agave, cane… Also acacia honey, or rather sunflower. One of the ‘sweetest’ noses I’ve ever come across. With water: hand soap and almond milk. Why not

sugarcane syrup indeed, mild oak, cappuccino, fudge… Some fatter background with oranges and some kinds of sweet oils, corn syrup, Kellogg’s wackiest (totally genetically modified ;-), limoncello and caramel… With water: fair, sweet, fudge-y. Some vanillin has been in use
