Tasting Notes
잔을 기울이면 스트라스클라이드 29년 그레인 위스키가 버번 배럴에서 얻은 밝은 황금빛을 보인다. 코끝에 가져가면 코코넛과 바닐라, 옥수수의 달큰한 향이 부드럽게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 55.7도의 매끄럽고 기름진 질감 속에 토피와 버터스카치, 잘 익은 바나나가 번진다. 삼키고 나면 오래 숙성한 그레인 특유의 부드러운 단맛과 가벼운 오크 향이 깔끔하게 이어지며 길게 사그라든다.

varnish and wood alcohol at first, but civilisation is soon to take over and to let some finer whiffs of vanilla and perhaps orange squash come through. Fanta (is Fanta civilised indeed?) With water: nougat and popcorn, Kellogg's stuff, which would include dried goji berries and raisins this time

this is good, with lovely orange-liqueur-filled chocolates and some creamy, well, sugar-cream-like flavours. Banana foam too. With water: no changes. Perhaps a little more oranges yet, and white chocolate, Jaffa cakes, Twist Pops…
