Tasting Notes
잔을 가까이 하면 27년을 숙성한 스트라스클라이드 그레인의 부드러운 바닐라 향이 노즈에서 명확하게 드러난다. 엑스버번 배럴다운 코코넛과 옥수수 단맛이 또렷하게 두드러지며 긴 숙성의 둥근 결이 뒤를 받친다. 팰럿은 51.8도에서 매끄럽고 균형이 단단하며 구운 견과와 카라멜, 가벼운 향신료가 차례로 발전한다. 피니시는 오랜 숙성다운 부드러운 오크 단맛과 은은한 향신료가 길게 이어지며 단정하게 마무리된다.

sugarcane syrup indeed, mild oak, cappuccino, fudge… Some fatter background with oranges and some kinds of sweet oils, corn syrup, Kellogg’s wackiest (totally genetically modified ;-), limoncello and caramel… With water: fair, sweet, fudge-y. Some vanillin has been in use
