황금빛이 잔 안에서 빛난다. 1969년 콜 일라가 15년을 거치며 빚어낸 향이 잔에 가득하다. 코를 가져가면 짭조름한 바다 안개와 그릴드 베이컨, 옅은 요오드, 잘 익은 레몬 껍질이 차례로 깨어난다. 입에서는 60.4도의 강한 알코올이 두꺼운 피트 연기와 짠 미네랄, 보리의 단맛을 풀어 놓는다. 1960년대 아일라 북쪽 증류소의 시간이 입천장을 덮으며 마지막까지 길게 이어진다.
