맑은 황금빛이 잔을 환하게 채운다. 웨일스의 펜더린이 2016년에 빚은 이 위스키는 퍼스트필 피노 셰리 캐스크에서 6년을 보내며 잘 익은 배와 마른 견과, 옅은 소금기의 향을 피워낸다. 혀에 닿으면 59.2도의 힘과 함께 보리 단맛과 시트러스, 은근한 향신료가 또렷하게 번진다. 어린 나이에도 캐스크가 또렷한 결을 입혔다. 여운에는 견과와 흰 과일의 고소함이 길게 남는다.
