짙은 호박빛이 잔 안에서 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 미야기쿄가 1988년 빈티지로 시작한 23년의 시간이 새 오크 벗의 영향으로 향나무와 잘 익은 체리, 들꽃 꿀로 코를 끌어당긴다. 57도의 도수가 입안에서 시나몬과 다크 초콜릿, 가죽 향을 단단하게 펼친다. 닛카가 길어 올린 일본 위스키의 단정한 깊이가 싱글 캐스크 웨어하우스 55번의 이름으로 길게 머문다.
