restaurant Palate
an interesting, fairly rounded Caol Ila for a while, with a grapefruity wave arriving after a few seconds. Brine, liquorice, ashes, oysters, iodine. Not that classic!
timer Finish
medium long, even saltier. Tequila, salt, lemon. Big liquorice wood and peppermint in the aftertaste. Some olive oil as well
