Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 1974년 빈티지의 탐나불린다운 가벼운 흰 꽃과 잘 익은 배, 보리 몰트 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 25년 숙성이 더한 바닐라와 마른 견과가 향을 단정하게 발전시킨다. 팰럿은 45도에서 배와 황도, 보리사탕이 부드럽게 균형을 이룬다. 섬세한 증류 특성이 긴 숙성과 만나 매끄러운 구조감을 만든다. 피니시는 꽃향과 마른 곡물의 잔잔한 여운이 이어진다.

an unusual one, much grassier and even slightly peaty, that would develop mostly on fresh nuts and then camphor. Hazelnuts and almonds are prominent but fresh walnuts aren’t that far. Also new thuja wood, pinesap, light cough syrup… I have to say I quite enjoy this big grassiness
restaurant Palate
more power and a global style that’s not too far from the 1967, except that this has more oomph. Grass, walnuts, banana skin, a drop of crème de menthe, apple peelings, green tea… I must say it tastes older than 25 yo. Hold on, maybe it IS older than 25 yo? That wouldn’t surprise me…
timer Finish
not very long but much more peppery, almost prickly. Ginger tonic
