노즈에서는 1971년 증류된 19년 스페이번에서 가벼운 꽃 향과 잘 익은 과일, 꿀이 먼저 두드러진다. 부드럽기로 이름난 스페이사이드 몰트답게 섬세하고 깨끗한 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 40도의 잔잔한 도수에서 시트러스와 바닐라, 마른 풀이 부드러운 균형으로 발전한다. 피니시는 가벼운 오크와 꽃 향이 길게 이어지며, 빈티지 스페이번 특유의 정제된 구조감을 보여준다.
