Tasting Notes
따라낸 잔을 한 손에 쥐고 회전시키면 1979년 빈티지의 옅은 호박빛이 잔 안쪽 벽을 두꺼운 알코올 다리로 흘러내린다. 잔을 코끝에 가져가면 21년 숙성이 빚어낸 잘 익은 사과와 마른 풀, 토피의 향이 가장 먼저 들어선다. 한 모금을 머금으면 60.2도의 스페이번이 시트러스 껍질과 흰 후추로 입천장을 단단히 채운다. 캐스크 스트렝스 특유의 단단한 구조감이 마른 오크 잔향과 길게 따라간다.
