애버딘셔 노크 언덕 기슭에 자리한 녹두는 안녹이라는 이름으로 더 알려진 동부 하이랜드 증류소다. 버번 호그스헤드에서 10년을 보낸 이 캐든헤드 보틀링은 잔에 옅은 밀짚빛으로 비친다. 향은 청사과와 보리 단맛, 레몬이 산뜻하게 피어오른다. 입에서는 꿀과 시트러스, 바닐라가 56도의 힘으로 또렷하게 흐른다. 언덕 기슭의 청량한 공기가 스피릿에 배어 있으며, 여운은 과일과 풀잎이 깔끔하게 남는다.

sunflower oil, natural rubber, Haribo crocodiles, banana-ed porridge. Right… With water: elementary, rather un-Cadenhead, with more gummi bears and perhaps hints of almond oil
restaurant Palate
I did not know that Haribo had bough AnCnoc, but I know some girlz do let some strawberry candies macerate in vodka. Or marshmallows. Let’s call this vodka-Red Bull, if you like, a hit in the neighbourhood around the years 2005/2006
