받은 잔을 가만히 흔들면 25년을 보낸 카메론브리지가 깊은 호박빛으로 일렁인다. 코끝으로 가져가면 셰리 캐스크에서 온 건포도와 토피, 바닐라의 단내가 차례로 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 57.6도가 또렷하게 혀를 데우며 캐러멜과 말린 과일, 가벼운 향신료가 번진다. 25년을 보낸 그레인 원액답게 매끈한 질감 위에 셰리의 단맛이 얹힌다. 천천히 삼키면 토피와 건과일의 단맛이 길게 이어진다.

leather and gunpowder at first, then struck matches and sour cherries (and cherry stems and leaves). Could be that water would be needed… With water: crude chocolate and, well, more chocolate. Always with a few struck matches here and there
restaurant Palate
a bit brutal. Coffee-kirsch, slivovitz, arrak, fig wine, chicory coffee… At least it makes you travel. With water: sweeter. Cherry liqueur, chicory, chocolate, chestnut purée…
timer Finish
pretty long, a tad leathery and coffeeish. Strawberry drops. Dry aftertaste (strong black tea)
