Tasting Notes
잔을 기울여 흔들면 밝은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 매끄럽게 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 서른네 해 묵은 그레인 위스키다운 바닐라 커스터드와 코코넛, 옅은 토피 향이 부드럽게 퍼진다. 1984년 증류한 카메론브리지를 한 모금 머금으면 호그스헤드의 달콤한 카라멜과 크림, 백후추가 50.4도의 힘으로 혀 위에서 번진다. 삼키면 바닐라와 옅은 오크의 잔향이 입안에 부드럽게 비친다.

niiiice! Swiss cheese, leather, miso, vanilla, oranges, tobacco… It’s slightly fermentary, which is rare in grain whisky, but which I enjoy a lot. With water: peat smoke!
