잔을 가볍게 흔들면 깊은 황금빛이 유리벽을 따라 매끄럽게 미끄러진다. 코끝을 가져가면 25년을 보낸 카메론브리지 그레인의 코코넛과 바닐라, 토피 향이 부드럽게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 57.7도의 도수가 혀를 데우며 크리미한 단맛과 캐러멜, 가벼운 오크가 번진다. 넘긴 뒤에는 그레인 특유의 매끄러운 단맛이 입안에 잔잔히 잠겨 옅어진다.

air Nose
leather and gunpowder at first, then struck matches and sour cherries (and cherry stems and leaves). Could be that water would be needed… With water: crude chocolate and, well, more chocolate. Always with a few struck matches here and there
restaurant Palate
a bit brutal. Coffee-kirsch, slivovitz, arrak, fig wine, chicory coffee… At least it makes you travel. With water: sweeter. Cherry liqueur, chicory, chocolate, chestnut purée…
timer Finish
pretty long, a tad leathery and coffeeish. Strawberry drops. Dry aftertaste (strong black tea)
